Rio Abierto helps us acknowledge and reveal the creative force within ourselves using movement as a dialogue between the body and the emotional/spiritual.

Rio allows us to discover new abilities that can be expanded and utilized in our everyday lives.

Through group movement Rio promotes a sense of togetherness and community, bringing happiness and ease into our life.

Rio Abierto is practiced throughout Latin America, Europe, Israel and now in the United States.
